Mi experiencia con Enterprise Rent-A-Car ha sido mixta. Aunque la ubicación es conveniente y el proceso de reserva online suele ser sencillo, he notado inconsistencias en la atención al cliente. A veces la disponibilidad de vehículos anunciados online no coincide con la realidad, lo que puede generar inconvenientes si se tiene un itinerario ajustado.
En general, la limpieza de los coches es correcta y el personal intenta ser cordial, pero he sentido que la flexibilidad es limitada, especialmente a la hora de gestionar imprevistos o modificaciones en la reserva. Es importante revisar bien el contrato antes de la entrega del vehículo y estar atento a posibles cargos adicionales.

The worst experience of service in my life. We were in Alicante for a holiday with my family but it was ruined because of your incompetence and terrible service. We waited all day for a car because they couldn’t provide a bus for 6 people even though we made a reservation and prepaid two months ago. We had to take the car at 10AM the man who had to service us held us for about two hours without telling us that they don’t have a car while being really insolent because he knew that we can’t have our money back and when he finally told us that they don’t t have a car he said that they will take a car from Valencia and that will take around 3 hours. That happened at around 12pm but the car came ot 6PM not in 3PM and in that timeframe we had to wait in our hotel’s lobby for the car to be delivered to us. When the car came at 6PM the car was scratched on both rear fenders and the right door had a dent and was also scratched. The girl who drove the car to us couldn’t speak english and told us that we need to pay additional 150euros for a protection even though as i said we had paid everything in advance.Also the car wasn’t serviced and not with a full tank pf gas. The girl left the navigation of the car in spanish and we had to figure out ourselves how to change the language. She also left before marking put the damages on the car. We tried to take our money back but they told us that they can’t give our money back and we need to want our money from someone else. I advise everyone to choose a different company and personally l will never use their services again.
Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Man muss vorher wissen was man möchte und bestenfalls vorher alles im Online Check In erledigen, dann hat man auch keine Wartezeit. Ebenfalls die Rückgabe war vollkommen problemlos. Und nein, ich habe vor Ort keine Zusatzversicherung oder dergleichen abgeschlossen, wurde aber auch nur einmal höflich gefragt. Alles in allem eine sehr unkomplizierte Fahrzeugmiete. Ich komme gerne wieder.
Dear Enterprise Customer Service, I am writing to file a complaint about my recent experience with Enterprise. Despite having a confirmed reservation and all required documentation, I was denied service simply because I did not present a physical credit/debit card in my name. I had my digital card on my mobile device, which is widely accepted in virtually every industry today. These policies are completely obsolete in the modern world. Other companies, such as Sixt, accept digital payments without issue, while Enterprise continues to enforce outdated rules that cause unnecessary inconvenience. To make matters worse, I spent over 20 minutes trying to discuss the issue with your Customer Service department, but they refused to offer any alternative, such as accepting my digital card or even allowing a bank transfer. This lack of flexibility only reinforces the impression that these requirements exist not for genuine security reasons, but simply to mislead customers and create opportunities to impose extra charges. This is unacceptable from a company of Enterprise’s size and reputation. I strongly urge Enterprise to update its policies to reflect today’s secure and widely adopted digital payment methods. Otherwise, customers like myself will have no choice but to take our business to more modern and customer-focused competitors. Sincerely Javier
Alquilamos una furgo en coruña. Y entregamos en Alicante. Súper bien. Buenos precios. Y la furgo nueva. La atención de Tamara y de jeimmy en coruña y en alicante fue de un 10.
Quick check-in and check-out process with no fuss as we had uploaded all our details pre-check in. Isabel was polite and professional and explained everything to us in detail in English. She did not pressure us to take the extra insurance to cover damage to bodywork. We booked a compact car but was given an intermediate SUV and new Citroen. They didn't have any smaller cars but we were confident in driving a big car thankfully. It is nice to see that Enterprise's service is as good as our home country's, thanks for the good experience! By the way, the rental is situated off-site of the airport which we didn't check in advance. There is a free shuttle that you can take that comes by every 10-15 minutes.
Арендовал автомобиль спонтанно, без бронирования, когда у нас с женой поменялось планы и пришлось на 3 дня остаться в Аликанте. Зашли в этот офис, сотрудница Мария была очень приятной и клиентоориентированной, подобрала машину, быстро все оформила. Машина в хорошем состоянии, с небольшим пробегом, очень чистая. Возврат прошел так же быстро и беспроблемно. Ценник не самый низкий, возможно, если бы бронировал заранее, бвдо бы дешевле. В цену €70 в сутки входила полная страховка (что для Испании, вообще говоря, излишне, это не Каир или Индия). Депозит небольшой (€200), вернули на следующий день! В общем, впечатления самые положительные от аренды, рекомендую!
Os recomiendo que cuando alquiléis con ellos hagáis vídeos del vehículo tanto al recogerlo como al dejarlo, intentaron quedarse con mis 200€ de fianza diciendo que le había hecho un roce grande y pude demostrar que ya estaba hecho gracias a haberlo grabado. Esto sin hablar de la poca profesionalidad, cuesta que cojan el teléfono, en la oficina están cuando quieren y puntualidad no existe con ellos. 2 meses después me intentan cobrar 246€ de daños sobre ese alquiler que ya demostré que era falso. SOIS UNOS ESTAFADORES
