The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, so no complaints about the facilities. However, the service at reception left me with a very mixed impression. When I was checking out, there was only one receptionist working and a long queue — the other one was apparently on a break. I was in a hurry to get to the airport, and the wait was stressful.

On top of that, I realized I had forgotten my jacket and scarf in the room. When I asked the receptionist to help me, she initially said she didn’t know if she could give them back because the cleaner had already gone home. I found that shocking — how can reception in such a large hotel not have access to the rooms? Guests forget things all the time, and I expected a more professional response.

After I insisted, the receptionist finally called the cleaner, and of course, the key was available, and I did get my clothes back. Still, the whole process was done without a smile and with a rather strange, unhelpful attitude. It felt at first almost like a threat that I might not get my belongings back, which was very unpleasant.

Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but reception needs serious improvement: more staff at the desk, faster service, and a friendlier, more professional approach.

Stayed here for 4 nights over a long weekend. Friendly check in staff, however thought 4pm was late for a check in time. Room was modern and comfortable and excellent shower. Proper hairdryer also. Swimming pool and sun terrace was perfect for a few hours relaxing. Breakfast choice was good . Location was perfect. Outside the city but there is a metro stop next to the hotel or it’s a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Beach 10 minutes away. Will definitely return.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and spotless, with daily cleaning service. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety.

The location is slightly outside the city center, but with the metro and bus station right next to the hotel, you can be in town within 5 minutes. There’s also a large shopping mall with a huge supermarket just across the street, which was very convenient.

The swimming pool area was nice and well maintained, though it did get quite busy at times, making it a bit tricky to find a sunbed. Not a big issue, but worth noting. The only real downside was that the showers could occasionally be a bit cold—probably when many guests were using them at the same time.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. In fact, since we’ll be back in Alicante in two weeks, we’ve already booked another room here! Highly recommended.

Went here for a short break (fri – mon) with easyjet and this hotel is perfect.||Package included Breakfast which was ideal, you had full hot breakfast available, toast, tea coffee juice, fruit, pastry etc – was excellent! ||Hotel room – very clean and tidy. For a 3 star this hotel has been better than some 4/5 stars i’ve stayed in for its cleanliness.||Hotel reception – 24hrs! Staff very helpful. Safe key – you pay 20 euros deposit but get it all back on check out when you hand it back. |Pool towels – 10 euro deposit per towl (9 is deposit and 1 euro is the hire). When you had towls back on check out you get 9 euros back. |Pool area – clean and tidy, upper veranda with loads of space with loungers to chill. |Pool bar and menu was very reasonable in terms of price so was happy to get drinks and food when chilled by pool for a few hours.||Lidl less than half a mile away – bought some vodka and coke for room to make break cheaper. ||Beach – on the door step. Alicante old town 10min walk. ||This city was a little gem, lots to offer, castle next to hotel.||Airport shuttle bus is 4 euros each way and 20min bus ride. ||100% recommend this hotel! ||We arrived earlier and couldn’t check in until 3 but hotel had changing rooms to change into swimmers and lounge by pool, got our towels and they locked our bags away in secure cupboard. Hotel staff were all polite and very helpful!

I rarely write reviews but felt I must ! This is a wonderful hotel. In the city but quite relaxed and set back from the main hub, |It has a chilled relaxing vibe . Staff are so helpful and friendly- across the board | it is near the beach – took us less than 10 minutes to walk down – |There was even a singer in the evening (Sunday) who did a great set |The pool is a great addition- not many hotels in the actual city have this . |The pool area is pleasant to relax in and no problem getting a subbed – open till 10pm so you could enjoy at end of a busy day . |Breakfast was excellent. Omelette cooked fresh and even cava ! |The tram station and bus C6 are just outside . |Walk up to castle starts at back of hotel |Definitely returning for a longer stay |Thank you to hard working staff for an amazing stay

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato la terza settimana di agosto al hotel Maya di Alicante.
L’hotel si trova a 10-15′ a piedi dal centro, posizione non centralissima ma molto comoda.
Per chi non ha la macchina le fermate dei mezzi pubblici si trovano vicinissime all’albergo.
Per chi ha la macchina, l’hotel offre parcheggio coperto a 12€ al giorno, i posti sono limitati. Noi abbiamo preferito lasciare la macchina nei parcheggi gratuiti nelle vie vicine al hotel, bisogna avere un pò di pazienza per trovare un posto libero ma alla fine si trova.
Vicinissimo al hotel c’è un grosso centro commerciale con tantissimi negozi, ristorazione e cinema.
L’hotel è dotato di una bella piscina con lettini ombrelloni e bar, nel piano superiore alla piscina c’è un’ altra zona con altri lettini e ombrelloni oltre che area giochi e palestra. È possibile noleggiare salviettone da piscina a soli 1€.
Noi avevamo mezza pensione, abbiamo mangiato molto bene: la colazione è buonissima, omelette fatte al momento dal personale, varietà di cibi salati e dolci, oltre a frutta fresca e formaggi.
La cena molto buona, menù variaggiato è e di qualità.
Nota positiva: abbiamo scoperto al checkout che il primo giro di bibite scelta a cena sono incluse nel pacchetto di mezza pensione, a differenza di quanto avviene spesso in Italia dove le bibite sono a parte.
La nostra stanza aveva un balcone con vista piscina, 2 letti uniti molto comodi. Bagno spazioso con vasca con doccetta, wc e bidet. Molto gradito Tevisione 40″ dotata di Chrome cast. Connessione wifi veloce e performante.
Sistemazione delle stanze molto buona, cambio delle salviette frequente.
Personale della reception e accoglienza ristorazione molto gentile.
L’atmosfera che si respira in hotel (anche nel reparto di ristorazione) è di relax, niente casini, schiamazzi, tutti gli ospiti erano molto educati e civili.
In conclusione: mi sento di consigliare questo hotel soprattutto per i servizi, la piscina e posizione strategica.

Clean and well maintained hotel . Check in was very efficient and quick . I had written to the hotel prior to my stay asking for rooms with walk in showers . My request was met . We had 2 rooms which were cleaned daily to a good standard. The hotel is centrally located and the bus stop is right outside the hotel . We had half board . Food was adequate . Although not a massive choice , there was enough to choose from . During our stay , the dining room was very quiet as not many people around . We preferred this . Breakfast was very good , although on some days we had to wait for a table as it got very busy in the morning. Francisco ( I think I have spelt his name right ) the tall guy with glasses was always very friendly , polite and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t good was people putting their towels on the sun beds and then disappearing. Also people started queuing just outside the door to the swimming pool just before 10 am . I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault but the staff need to be proactive in removing these towels ! Overall the hotel is good and very near the airport

Stayed here for one night recently and really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious but would have liked a smart TV. The pool area is lovely but quite small, not enough space for all the guests they have. I found the drinks to be quite expensive. It is very close to the airport which was great for us.

We hebben een prima tijd gehad in het hotel.
Schone kamers, lekker ontbijt en een goede ligging.
Met de bus is het centrum en het strand goed te bereiken.
Behalve de begane grond is de rest van het hotel wel wat verouderd. Zo kregen wij moeilijk de ladekast open, hoor je ‘s nachts heel goed het verkeer buiten ook al zat de deur dicht en viel mijn vriendin bijna van de trap bij het zwembad, omdat de trapleuning los zit.. sommige dingen zijn echt verouderd en vinden we niet overeen komen met het geld wat je er voor betaald.
De service vonden wij ook niet heel goed.
Bij aankomst en vertrek werden we niet hartelijk ontvangen. Er werd bij het uitchecken bijvoorbeeld niet gevraagd hoe we het hadden gehad. Ook staat er niemand bij het ontbijt om je te ontvangen en uit te leggen wat er allemaal is en dat je bijvoorbeeld een gebakken ei kan bestellen.
We vinden dat, dat wel beter kan..
Ondanks deze punten. Hebben we een fijne vakantie gehad.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago, and we really enjoyed this hotel.|It was about a 20-minute walk for us from the hotel to the main centre, but we were quite happy with that. Behind the hotel in the other direction were a couple of friendly local tapas bars, which we enjoyed visiting. ||The hotel room and bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. The view of the castle from the rooftop bar was a highlight, and there was plenty of room around the pool and spa area when I went up.||The staff were all super friendly and my favourite part of the experience was the breakfast, it was amazing! There is everything you would normally expect, but the bread, tomato, and ham were the highlight. It is also such a rare treat to get real freshly squeezed orange juice in a hotel and in full sized glasses! ||Great hotel, i would fully recommend to others!

Queríamos parar en Alicante y, nunca defrauda un NH. Y este d Alicante como no podía ser, tampoco. Desde q entramos el hotel ya prometía xq si hall, el bar y la zona d desayuno, era preciosa. La habitación (suite) magnífica, la zona de piscina en la azotea y con vistas geniales, se notaba q las tumbonas nuevas y abundantes, jacuzzi, gym y sauna… El desayuno magnífico y el personal, desde el principio fue su mayor valor ya q la amabilidad fue insuperable. Gracias x hoteles así ya q nos hacen pasar una estancia maravillosa.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was exactly as described, modern, clean, and everything worked as expected. The rooftop pool was a great feature and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The sauna could have been a little hotter and steamier but that’s just personal preference.||The room was spotless, a good size, and very well maintained. Standards across the hotel were high. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional and there were no issues at all with communication. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.||There are plenty of bus stops near the hotel, which made getting into town and to the airport really easy and cheap. That definitely added to the convenience of the location.||Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Alicante.

Hotel molto carino, Hall importante con stile lussuoso e moderno.. colazione favolosa da 5 stelle, con personale gentilissimo e sorridente.
La camera con qualche piccolo accorgimento corrisponderebbe al resto dell’hotel. Posizione decentrata, occorre mezzo per gli spostamenti in centro. Occorrerebbero migliorie piscina, sufficiente la palestra.

La estancia fue excelente. Las instalaciones son cómodas, todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. Destaco especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar. En mi caso tuve un problema con los cobros y el checkout, pero la Sra. Olga lo resolvió todo de manera rápida y profesional. Gracias a ella y al resto del equipo, la experiencia fue muy positiva. Sin duda volveré.

Usamos la habitación adaptada, muy amplia y cómoda. La limpieza muy bien de la habitación. El personal muy amable y atento. La comida del buffet muy variada y buena. Los churros para desayunar muy buenos (eché en falta chocolate). Los postres muy flojos, son preparados. Solo el sábado nos trajeron tarta de queso y tarta de zanahoria, que estaban increíbles!!
La ubicación a 10 minutos en coche de la playa, si madrugas para ir a la playa muy bien! Además, también te pueden preparar un picnic para llevarte a la playa.
Se escucha un poco el ruido de los coches de la carretera, pero pudimos dormir bien.
El parking es gratuito.
Solo ví un fallo, en la accesibilidad, que al entrar y salir del parking, debería leer la matrícula automáticamente y abrirse la puerta. No siempre te puedes acercar bien a llamar para que te habrán. Depende la persona con movilidad reducida puede llegar a ser un problema.

Muy muy tranquilo, ideal para turistas que quiere un oasis de quietud . Mucha gente leyendo en la piscina, nadando relajadamente.
El servicio es excelente! El personal muy atento, quedamos felices. Sobre todo los chicos de la cafetería, y a Valentina

No es muy cerca de nada, pero se tiene de todo, y se puede acceder al transporte público muy fácil

Abbiamo accettato gli schiamazzi della gente in piscina. Le carte magnetiche che si smagnetizzano di continuo. le stanze che non sono del tutto comode ( per caricare i cellulari devi fare a turno perché le prese nelle stanze sono poche ) Mi dispiace scrivere questa recensione ma purtroppo devo affinché questo inconveniente sgradevole non capiti con altre persone.
Abbiamo deciso di prenotare in questo posto per 4 giorni per un intervento da fare in ospedale. Per problemi di salute decidiamo di rimanere un’altra notte consapevoli di doverla pagare di più.
Per la sola notte ci chiedono 160€ prezzo elevato considerato che questo hotel non offre chissà che. noi non sapendo dove andare e per i problemi di salute accettiamo.
Un ragazzo della reception gentilissimo ci fa pagare, ci comunica che anche se non era compresa si sarebbe tenuto le valigie e ci avrebbe fatto fare la colazione senza problemi.
La mattina dell’intervento con l’ansia scendo per fare colazione e avere un minuto di serenità. vengo cacciato dalla sala colazione, cerco di chiedere spiegazioni ma mi dicono che quello che mi avevano detto non era valido.
Morale della favola non si sono tenute le valigie, vengo cacciato dalla sala colazione e ci ritroviamo in giro per alicante con 2 valigie da 20 kg con noi post intervento.
Ci ha destabilizzati ci ha reso nervosi, bastava comunicarci che la colazione dovevamo pagarla a parte e che le valigie non potevano tenerle. Non hanno fatto nulla per poter risolvere il problema ed essere comprensivi.
Mi auguro che dopo questa recensione possiate capire e migliorare.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 4 notti e siamo stati meravigliosamente bene. Tutto perfetto :Le camere pulite e sempre in ordine , anche se non vuoi uscire e vuoi rilassarti in hotel hai tutte le comodità a tua disposizione : la piscina, il chiringuito in piscina dove puoi prendere dal cibo alle bevande tutto a prezzi modici e accessibili la cena a buffet o anche alla carta come anche la colazione e tutto buono!! Ma il fiore all’occhiello di questo posto è il personale che e davvero gentilissimo e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza.. tutti bravissimi ma in particolare nel nostro cuore Valentina. Professionale,simpatica,attenta a ogni minimo dettaglio e soprattutto parla italiano bene!!
L’unica cosa che consigliamo e di munirsi di un auto perché se si ci vuole spostare e tutto raggiungibile con l auto o con i mezzi non a piedi..
Ritorneremo sicuramente ! Un saluto speciale a Valentina

L’urban resort offre ottimi servizi, ma il centro non è propriamente vicino e senza un mezzo è difficile spostarsi. Lo staff, sempre molto gentile e cortese, è a tua completa disposizione per ogni esigenza. In particolare, mi sono trovato molto bene con Juanfran (super simpaticissimo) e Valentina (italiana d’adozione) che ogni mattina mi faceva sentire un po’ meno lontana l’Italia grazie ai suoi ottimi caffè e alla sua passione per la nostra cultura. Gracias!

Estuvimos del 17 al 21 de Julio y la experiencia fue excelente. Muy buen trato del personal, habitación adaptada cómoda y limpia, con una ducha accesible y práctica. El picnic fue un gran detalle, la comida del bufet muy buena y la tarta de queso del sábado… ¡increíble! Parking gratuito muy práctico y la playa a pocos minutos en coche.
Lo único que pondría como mejora, otro sistema para llamar y que te abran la puerta del parking, ya que está algo lejos el botón y puede ser complicado llegar desde dentro del coche.

Sin duda, ¡para repetir!

El Hotel Daniya es moderno y está bien ubicado, a unos 10 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad Alicante.
El personal es muy amable y acogedor, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante y el bar.
Queremos agradecer especialmente a Valentina, que trabaja en el bar y nos sirvió el desayuno – es una persona profesional, muy amable y sonriente.
Tomamos el desayuno en el bar, donde hay una gran variedad de platos mediterráneos, ensaladas y bebidas frescas (batidos, cócteles) a buenos precios.
Las habitaciones son muy limpias y sencillas, y el hotel cuenta con una agradable piscina y un amplio aparcamiento vigilado

We stayed at the Hotel Port Alicante City & Beach for four days over the summer. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The family room was spacious and clean. The large bathtub was appreciated my daughters :-). Mini fridge was an added plus.

The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my daughter, it was clean and a good size. My daughter became unwell during our stay (due to travel – not the hotel) and the cleaners and housekeeping were so helpful in giving additional bedding and towels and reassured us that nothing was too much to ask for.

It was a great location, a nice walk to the beach and restaurants. About 25 minutes from the airport too.

Il rooftop di quest’hotel ha una vista spettacolare anche se l’ Ambiente risulta un po caotico.
Al buffet del ristorante Cibo ottimo,abbondante e vario, i cuochi del Boga Victor e Carlos ci hanno stupito! Una menzione anche per il nostro cameriere Serghy che ci ha servito con cortesia consigliandoci sempre il vino giusto. Caffetteria di un altro livello grazie alla professionalita’ di Monia e Domingo che ci hanno coccolati con bevande e cocktail spaziali. . Il valore aggiunto della struttura e’ il personale, altrimenti struttura nella media. Torneremo solo per salutare di nuovo questi grandi professionisti!!

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno. Hotel molto bello e pulito. Il servizio di ristorazione è molto vario, abbondante e completo. Personalmente consiglio la mezza pensione che prevede una colazione con ampia selezione di cibi dolci e salati cotti al momento e un pasto a scelta (che può essere modificato giorno per giorno). Belle le piscine, due al piano strada (una per grandi e una per bambini) e una sul rooftop (piano 10). Ottima La Caffetteria, in funzione dal termine del servizio colazione. Al rooftop è collocato il BOGA SKY BAR dove è possibile consumare cockatil e drink anche fino a tarda sera. Unica pecca: l’hotel si trova a poche centinaia di metri dalla bella spiaggia di San Juan ma è decentrato rispetto alla città di Alicante. Comunque è ottimamente servito dai mezzi pubblici (autobus di fronte e tram a 400 m) per cui alla fine in 20 minuti si riesce ad essere in città.

Primera vez en este maravilloso hotel. Te engancha nada más llegar esa entrada tan bonita con tanta vegetación.||La habitación es amplia, moderna y muy cuidado cada detalle.||En mi caso solo fuimos en alojamiento y desayuno y he de decir que hay una gran variedad para elegir. ||El personal en general es muy amable y simpático los cuales te hacen sentir como en casa con un trato cercano. ||Las dos piscinas son una pasada y que tengan el bar cerca le da más crédito al hotel si cabe ya que no tienes que atravesar parte del hotel para tomar un refresco.||Los cocktail son riquísimos, ¡no te puedes ir del hotel sin probar uno!||Sin duda alguna volveremos

Buen Hotel con unas instalaciones comunes muy cuidadas.
Destacar el personal, tanto de recepción cómo de hostelería.
La amabilidad de LAURA, de ” cocina en vivo” al explicarte cualquier duda de la comida y su simpatía te hace sentir en casa.
Los cócteles de la terraza superior “Boga” de calidad, hay que dejarse aconsejar para disfrutarlos aún más
Las habitaciones muy limpias, aunque les falta una remodelación por años,ya se notan deterioro en puertas y esquinas .

Amazing hotel! We stayed in the new wing – the view was fantastic and the rooftop bar was breathtaking both day and night. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful, just like the dinners. The staff was outstanding – super friendly, always smiling and very attentive. The beach is close by, as well as supermarkets and great restaurants. Getting here from the airport by public transport was easy, and the city center is also very accessible. Definitely one of our best holidays ever!
If I could suggest one little extra: having some sun umbrellas at the sky bar would make daytime swimming even more perfect.

Ottimo hotel H24, per cui siamo arrivati alle 21.20 con possibilità di fare il check in a quell’ ora. Un plauso alla reception, a TUTTI i ragazzi giovannissimi, disponibilissimi e professionali, soprattutto ringraziamo Beatrice che gentissima , essendo italiana, ci ha dato ogni informazione richiesta. A 5 min dal centro, a 3 minuti dalla fermata per bus C6 diretto all’aeroporto, a 15 min dalla spiaggia di Alicante. Bello internamente,stanza al 4 piano, grande, ma con piccola finestra ad affaccio interno, grande letto comodo,grande anche il bagno. Bollitore in stanza, bibite a pagamento. Nella hall sempre mele verdi, acqua e limone per chi volesse gratis, ricaricata anche 2 volte al giorno e caramelle. Bella l idea della libreria a fianco ai divani nella hall. Colazione davvero super dal dolce al salato, eccezionale! Perché non 5 stelle? Per il servizio pulizia….mi spiace ma approssimativo, e sbadato ( il 2 giorno la signora ci ha fatto aspettare 2 ore dopo averglielo detto, senza pulire la nostra stanza e non si è capito perché non l aveva fatta visto che l abbiamo trovata in un altro corridoio e ci aveva detto che la nostra era assegnata a lei!). Pulizie molto molto approssimate….credo siano da rivedere! Tuttavia ci tornerei, ottimo soggiorno di 3 notti! Consigliato!

Ottimo albergo vicino al centro. Camere spaziose, pulite e funzionali, peccato la nostra un po’ buia con vista cortile interno. La consiglio per l’ ottima posizione e per l’eleganza. Per risparmiare non abbiamo utilizzato la colazione, ma a 50 metri c’è un ottimo bistrot.

Zona colazione piccola ma con tutto il necessario, unica osservazione è di variare un po’ gli alimenti presenti.

Een hotel waar wij inmiddels meer dan 20 keer hebben verbleven. Grote pluspunten zijn de ligging, de goede bedden, hygiëne en de service.
Een 10 minuten wandeling verwijderd van de promenade, jachthaven en (iets verderop) het strand.
In de directe omgeving, het hotel ligt eigenlijk in een woonwijk, een grote keuze aan restaurants, bars en winkels.
De Spaanse Bijenkorf, El Corte Ingles, zit aan het eind van de straat en ook de grote ketens als Zara, Mango en Massimo Duti zijn in de buurt.
Geluidsoverlast in de kamer van de ventilatoren van de keuken tijdens het laatste verblijf werd adequaat opgelost door een andere kamer ter beschikking te stellen.
Minpunten zijn de beperkte eet- en drink-faciliteiten van het hotel; er is een bar / cafetaria maar met beperkte openingstijden en aanbod.
Daarnaast is het bar gedeelte ook niet erg toegankelijk en uitnodigend om een drankje en/of een hapje te doe
De tijden van een leuk geprijsd en lekker Menu de Dia zijn helaas al lang voorbij..
Gelukkig zijn er tegenwoordig wel koffie en theefaciliteiten op de kamer te vinden.
Al met al een prima hotel met zeer goede prijs-waarde verhouding.

The room itself is pretty good but quite expensive. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you and the street as well. The room didn’t come with complementary water which I think is a must due to it being summertime and super hot outside. Also barely any amenities were in the bathroom. The pillows were also not very comfortable.

Гарний готель, велика кімната, великі ліжка, чисто і ввічливий персонал. На сніданки гарний вибір блюд, повно фруктів. Є невеличкий спортивний зал, сауна. Є вихід на дах, можна засмагати там, коли на пляж ліньки йти.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in pieno agosto, camera abbastanza spaziosa con una bellissima vista mare. Livello molto buono di pulizia e colazione varia e abbondante. La posizione è un po’ lontana dal centro, è indispensabile avere l’auto per muoversi agevolmente e proprio per questo è importantissimo il parcheggio, che oltre ad essere compreso nella tariffa della camera è anche molto ampio. Ampia è anche la lobby, in cui ci si può rilassare e usufruire di caffè e bevande calde a disposizione gratuitamente H24. Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante interno, menù vario e buoni prezzi. Una nota di merito allo staff, tutti gentili e disponibili.

Choć krótki, tylko dwudniowy pobyt przed wylotem to muszę przyznać, że całkiem fajny hotel z bardzo ładnym lobby i restauracją, super posiłki w dobrej cenie. W pokojach drobne mankamenty typu wypalone ledy i troszkę grzyba na fugach w łazience, na plus lodówka w pokoju co w Hiszpanii nie często się zdarza, na DUŻY MINUS brak czajnika i jakiejkolwiek szklanki, choćby z papieru oraz butelki wody na powitanie, nie wiem czy ekologiczne jest jeżdżenie windą z góry na dół po kilka razy na dzień po kubek wody, przecież winda też zużywa prąd. W lobby bezpłatne automaty ze wszystkimi napojami dostępne całą dobę. Powiesz, kup sobie wodę sam i będziesz ją miał w pokoju, lecz w sumie zapłaciłam 120 euro za jedną noc za osobę . Aha jeszcze muszę dodać, iż zakupiłam pokój z widokiem na morze na ostatnim piętrze, lecz niestety widok był utrudniony ze względu na bardzo brudne, chyba co najmniej rok nie myte okno, nawet zdjęcia nie dało się za bardzo zrobić . Zgłosiłam to w recepcji i następnego dnia przyszły Panie je umyć, lecz ja nie miałam na to ochoty, okna powinny być myte na bieżąco ❗
Hotel w pobliżu lotniska i pięknego Parku w Alicante, polecam wizytę , a także w bardzo bliskiej odległości od przystanku skąd odjeżdża autobus C6, który jedzie bezpośrednio pod drzwi lotniska bądź również do Centrum Alicante za około 4,80 € za osobę, płatne w autobusie kartą bądź gotówką.
Obsługa w lobby bardzo miła i kompetentna. Pozdrawiam.

We stayed here as a team and were overall very satisfied with our experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable — no complaints about cleanliness at all. ✨
Breakfast was also quite good: fresh, varied, and tasty. I was personally happy with it. ☕

However, one thing surprised us: there was no drinking water provided in the rooms. If you wanted water, you had to go down to the reception area to buy it. That felt unusual for a place like this. ‍♀️

Aside from that, the staff were professional and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant.
Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I would rate this hotel a solid 5 out of 5. Definitely recommended! ✅

Mi estancia en el B&B Alicante fue genial. La verdad es que la relación calidad-precio es de lo mejor. Desde que llegué, el trato fue muy amable y te hacen sentir como en casa.

La habitación era grande, estaba impecable y todo en orden. Y el desayuno me encantó, tienes un montón de opciones, desde lo más sano hasta cosas para darte un capricho.

Sin duda, lo recomiendo y volvería a alojarme aquí sin dudarlo.”

Primera vez en este hotel y debo decir que superó mis expectativas.
Las habitaciones son cómodas, espaciosas y promueven el ahorro de suministros.
Relación calidad / precio ajustada.
El restaurante sólo para desayuno y cena, un poco lento el servicio, una sola chica atendiendo y la pobre casi no podia abarcar todo, 2 salones llenos (deberian tomarlo en cuenta para los dias de máxima ocupacion), aun asi, la comida y la atención excelente.
Tienen máquinas de café y té gratis, durante toda tu estancia.
Aceptan mascotas y te cobran un suplemento de 20€.
Reserva por Booking y la descripción acorde con los servicios e instalaciones.
En el lobby hay máquinas dispensadoras de bebidas, chuches y algunos productos de cosmética.
Algo incómodo, los mosquitos, en el lobby, el restaurante (depende de la hora), no se si será por las macetas.
El proceso de check in y check out rápido y sencillo. La atención en recepción 10/10.
La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, pero en taxi hasta la playa del postiguet (como referencia) puedes pagar entre 12 y 15€. También tiene parking privado gratis y hay transporte público (bus) a 7min.

Hôtel abordable à mi chemin entre l’aéroport et Alicante. Café et thé à volonté. Manque de propreté sur les extérieurs. Attention, si vous venez en bus de la ligne C6, pas de soucis, mais pour reprendre le trajet vers Alicante, la navette ne s’arrête pas si personne à l’intérieur ne réclame l’arrêt, le chauffeur fait mine de ne pas vous voir et file sans s’arrêter. Et Alicante est loin à pied.

Hotel con personal amable pero falta algo de limpieza, muchos bichos tipo mosquitas y algo de falta de mantenimiento, no nos iba el aire acondicionado y cuando vino el personal de mantenimiento ( muy rápido por cierto) el filtro del aire no se había limpiado desde no se sabe. Por eso no nos iba bien el aire. Fuimos a pedir una cerveza y el tirador estaba lleno de mosquitas igual que en comedor. Viajo bastante y desde luego aquí no repetiré.

We stayed at the Ibis for a long weekend as part of an easyJet package deal.|The hotel is a mere 10 minutes from Alicante airport. We had a private transfer, however. The C6 bus runs every 15 minutes and stops almost outside the Ibis.|Both Ibis and Ibis budget are on the same site.||We arrived earlier than we were able to check in. We were greeted warmly and it was no problem at all to leave our bags, they were locked away and we were given tickets. When we returned to check in later, the greeting again was lovely and staff very helpful.|We were in the main building, nice clean modern room and we had a sea view( not chosen- just lucky)|You can get food all day long until 11 at night which is great.|We had breakfast included and found it to be fabulous. Cereals, toast bread. Croissants, cake and a cold continental meat and cheese selection|Gluten free options were available too.||Now we knew how hotel was not in the city and a little out of the way, however. There is a beautiful park -El Palmeral- just a 10-15 minute walk if you go left out of the hotel. They have a cafe and bar. Walk on another 15 and there is a small beach at the back of Saint Gabriel station. There are no facilities at the beach, it’s nice and quiet. If you cross back to the other side of the road, there are a few bars and restaurants 5 minutes away.|Cross over the road from the hotel and catch the number 27 bus into Alicante-check the timetable, they’re every hour in September. The last one back is 9.30pm|Taxi is 10-12 euros and very quick also.|All in all, we loved our stay. The staff were 10/10. We would definitely stay again.|Didn’t see the rooms in the budget side.

Stanza molto piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Avrei preferito che ci fossero più posti dove appendere le cose visto che non c’è un armadio. E la doccia non ha il suo aggancio quindi si è costretti a tenere il soffione in mano cosa non molto comoda.

Ich buche dieses Hotel schon seit sehr vielen Jahren aber dieses Mal ist es eine ernsthafte Überlegung, für kommende Buchungen ins benachbarte B&B Hotel zu wechseln!
Angefangen mit der Dame an der Rezeption.
Langsam und mit so langen roten Fingernägeln ausgestattet, daß diese wohl Barbetrieb mit Hotelbetrieb verwechselt!
Mein Zimmer im Ibis Budget hatte ich bereits über 14 Tage im voraus gebucht und bekomme bei Ankunft das letzte enge Loch im Erdgeschoss mit Aussicht auf die Betonwand und, weil Parterre, unmöglich das Fenster zu öffnen! Als Alleinreisende(r) ist anscheinend der Gast nicht “König-in”?!?!
Die gebuchte 2-Betten-Kategorie wurde erfüllt, jedoch wäre ich mit einem Doppelbett
zufrieden gewesen, wenn im 1. bzw 2. Stock noch ein Zimmer frei gewesen wäre. Angeblich nicht! Was ich nicht glaube!
Kaum auf dem Zimmer ging der Fernseher nicht! Der Grund war die Fernbedienung, deren Batterie den Geist aufgegeben hatte. Sehr nachlässig!! Nach langem Tag und langer Reise also nochmal vor an die Rezeption von Ibis, um das zu reklamieren.
Wieder bei der Rezeptionistin, die gerade einen Check-In hatte. Etwas zügiger klappte jetzt aber der Austausch der Fernbedienung.
Im Zimmer hatte ich keinen Handyempfang. Woran das lag, weiß ich nicht!
Zustand des Zimmers:
Abgeplatzte Wandecken, das Waschbecken hatte ein Leck, sodass ich laufend durch einen “See” lief. Die Tür war völlig defekt. Nehme an, daß an der Hydraulik etwas nicht stimmte?! Ich bekam sie jedes Mal nur mit großer Anstrengung auf und mit einem riesen Knall, sodass andere Gäste der Nachbarzimmer sich leider gestört fühlten.
Zu späterer Ankunftszeit und müde habe ich für die eine Übernachtung nicht nochmal etwas an der Rezeption gesagt, jedoch habe ich die Defekte am nächsten Morgen beim Zimmermädchen beanstandet, die versprach, es weiterzuleiten.
Ich frage mich, was aus diesem einst so netten Hotel geworden ist. Eine einzige Schlamperei!!

1 звезда отеля – это его реальная оценка. Забронировал его по двум причинам: я участвую в системе аккорхотелс и есть скидка, и второе – близко от аэропорта. Так как я прилетел поздно вечером, то добраться на автобусе до отеля не удалось. Хоть и ехать всего 10 минут от аэропорта Аликанте, но на такси это 17 евро и получается что вместе со стоимостью номера в 53 евро (включая завтрак) – ценник выходит не слишком бюджетный. По прибытии в отель встала проблема, как попасть на территорию, так как она огорожена сеткой, и на кнопку звонка никто не реагирует, я ходил минут 10, ища другой вход. К счастью, на улицу выходили постояльцы – они и открыли ворота. Уже на регистрации я получил код к воротам, но почему об этом не предупреждают при бронировании?!
номер не просто аскетичный, тут сама атмосфера и расцветка стен – не оставляют желания остаться здесь подольше. Хоть я и попросил у шмыгающего носом портье номер с видом на море (хоть что-то приятное, пусть на море тут было и не попасть из-за огороженного сеткой побережья) – получил я номер на втором этаже с видом на соседнюю стену.
завтрак тоже оставляет желать лучшего – пара видов нарезок, несколько йогуртов с выпечкой и кофе. Не слишком-то разнообразно и вкусно.
В соседнем здании находится еще более дешевый IBIS Budget, даже представить себе не хочу как “хорошо” там. На следующую ночь я выбрал совсем другой отель.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Ibis Alicante. Oltre ad aver trovato una camera semplice, ma confortevole, pulita ed ordinata, lo staff è molto gentile e ogni giorno, la nostra stanza è stata pulita, sistemata e cambiati gli asciugamani. Comoda posizione per l’aeroporto e pr Alicante.

Прекрасное расположение, до моря пару минут. Уборка ежедневная. Но огромный минус -нет холодильника в номере! Если вы захотите охладить свои напитки и попросите лед в баре, то вам его продадут. 3 куска льда за 1 еаро!!!! Когда я попросила 4 куска, цена была 1,50 евро. Отличный бизнес, не ставить холодильник в комнату и торговать льдом!

Hemos estado hospedado 5 días , el hotel está bastante bien, reformado y moderno.

La ubicación es perfecta ya que la playa está a dos minutos andando.

Hemos ido a PC y si vuelvo al hotel no cogería nada más que el desayuno y quizá la cena. Es menú del día un poco escaso pero estaba bueno.

Limpieza buenísima , todos los días había cambios de toallas como debe de ser ya que hay bastante humedad

Trato de los trabajadores excelente.

Номера очень простые, но всё необходимое есть. Номера очень чистые, убирают очень хорошо каждый день.
Рядом с гостиницей остановки общественного транспорта. Очень удобно.
До пляжа от гостиницы две минуты ходьбы.
Рестораны, кафе, пиццерии и бургерные есть повсюду, в какую бы сторону от гостиницы ни пошёл. Магазины тоже неподалёку.
Один большой минус-это завтраки. Каждое утро одно и тоже меню, даже сорт колбасы или сыра не менялся. Это ужасно конечно, целую неделю на завтрак есть яйца с колбасой.
Персонал хороший, все возникающие вопросы решались. В день выезда нам разрешили покинуть номер на час позже. Есть место для хранения багажа.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Lovely bar with very reasonable prices. Great pool and pool area. Plenty of sun beds . All good. Lovely rooms and great cleaning service.

Estuve hospedada durante 5 días en el mes de Julio.
La habitación era de uso individual. Cabe destacar que la cama era grande, el baño muy amplio y todos los días había limpieza en la habitación. Las camareras de piso muy rápidas y agradables.
El desayuno correcto, pero escaso en cuanto al tipo de fruta.
La cena tiene dos opciones algo que me parece super bien para no tirar comida y ofrecer platos ricos y variados.
Como aspecto negativo, me tocó en una habitación que daba a una discoteca que era difícil conciliar el sueño las noches de jueves a domingo.
Por lo demás es un hotel muy cerca de la playa y tiene cerca restaurantes, supermercados, transporte publico.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Our room and the public areas were spotlessly clean. We were in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the fourth floor. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was brand new, plus it had a powerful shower. The hotel has a fine pool. We could see it being cleaned and maintained every morning from our balcony. The only negative we have is that the check-in process was very slow, it took over 20 minutes. The hotel is great value for money given its location about 30 seconds walk from the beach. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Habitaciones limpias, la única pega es que no tiene nevera y el armario es un poco pequeño. Terraza amplia y solera.

El servicio de comidas vas a tardar alrededor de 1hora desde que te sientas a comer. Tienen menú que cambian diariamente con dos platos principales y dos segundos. Postre variado. La comida abundante y rica. El desayuno es estilo buffet

La ubicación perfecta para ir a la playa, comprar y salir a tomar algo de noche

La chambre est sombre avec une vue directe sur des cailloux et les passants, ce qui oblige à garder les volets fermés en permanence pour préserver un minimum d’intimité. La climatisation fonctionne mal : il fait très chaud dès que l’on revient dans la chambre, probablement à cause d’une mauvaise isolation.

Côté restauration, grosse déception. Le déjeuner/dîner (imposé à 16 €) est servi façon cantine, avec des plats médiocres, peu copieux et sans possibilité de choisir. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est également décevant : café imbuvable, chocolat chaud en poudre, produits de qualité très moyenne… Pour un hôtel à plus de 100 € la nuit, on s’attend à mieux. De plus, il faut obligatoirement s’inscrire chaque jour pour les repas, avec des horaires fixes, ce qui limite la liberté d’organisation des vacances.

Le service en salle est froid et peu accueillant. Les plats s’enchaînent sans laisser le temps de savourer, ce qui crée une ambiance oppressante alors que l’on devrait pouvoir se détendre.

L’emplacement est également contraignant : l’hôtel est excentré d’Alicante, situé en contrebas de la route principale, ce qui oblige à remonter pour rejoindre bus ou tram (10 minutes à pied via un tunnel). On nous avait indiqué une plage à 400 m, mais il s’agit en réalité de simples accès à la mer, sans vraie plage.

Autres points négatifs :
• porte d’entrée du haut fermée à minuit sans explication, obligeant à faire un détour par le bas,
• pas d’eau froide disponible dans la chambre (même la douche est chaude),
• piscine peu agréable et voisinage bruyant,
• nuisances sonores la nuit avec des clients bruyants dans les couloirs,
• absence de frigo dans la chambre, ce qui est pourtant indispensable par forte chaleur.

Le seul vrai point positif : le personnel de ménage, irréprochable, efficace et très sympathique. Merci à elles pour leur travail impeccable !

Il prezzo di questo hotel è assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto a quello che offre: per essere un 3 stelle mi sarei aspettato decisamente di più. La camera non mi è piaciuta affatto: era buia, praticamente sotto terra, con una piccola finestra che affacciava sotto una discesa della strada. Nonostante tapparelle e finestre chiuse si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni. Inoltre l’acqua del rubinetto e della doccia aveva un forte odore di zolfo, molto sgradevole.

Un grande disagio è stata l’assenza di un balcone: per un hotel sul mare, con piscina, sarebbe il minimo avere la possibilità di stendere asciugamani e costumi al ritorno. Alla richiesta di una stanza con balcone ci è stato proposto un supplemento di 30€ a notte, davvero impensabile dopo aver già pagato una cifra elevata. A peggiorare la situazione, mancava anche un semplice frigo in camera per tenere l’acqua fresca.

Il personale non è stato per nulla accogliente: poco cordiale, raramente salutava, e in generale piuttosto scontroso. Anche il parcheggio è un’impresa, davvero difficile trovare posto.

Tra i pochi aspetti positivi, la posizione: l’hotel si trova q pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Alicante, dalla spiaggia di San Juan e alla discoteca Magma, quindi comodo per i giovani.Bella la piscina, ben attrezzata anche la palestra. Un punto a favore è il servizio pulizie, molto disponibile anche se si usciva più tardi dalla stanza, e il fatto che vengano fornite bottigliette di bagnoschiuma e shampoo (anche se, a dire il vero, sarebbe il minimo in qualsiasi hotel).

In conclusione: posizione buona e alcuni servizi apprezzabili, ma prezzo troppo alto, camera scomoda e personale poco ospitale. Non tornerei.

Locato fuori dal centro di Alicante ma comodamente raggiungibile in orari diurni con €1,45 di bus n.22 in due fermate. La notte o ad orari scomodi e di punta utilizzando il taxi fino a Puerta del Mar con prezzi veramente bassi. Pulizia ottimale delle camere che danno in dotazione anche shampoo e bagnoschiuma oltre sapone per le mani. Dotato di ristorante interno con menu a prezzo molto onesto. Zona molto tranquilla e receptionist tutti molto preparati, gentili e disponibili ad ogni esigenza. Palestrina presente.

L’hôtel dans l’ensemble est bien situé, en revanche petit bémol les matelas ne sont absolument pas confortable nous avons eu mal partout.

Pas de frigo pour pouvoir mettre nos bouteilles au frais ainsi pas de four à micro ondes si nous voulu réchauffer quelque chose.

La piscine rien à dire. Le petit déjeuner sa été en revanche les serveuses pas aimable du tout pas un sourire ou voir un sourire forcer ne pas faire se métier si cela ne l’ai intéresse pas.

Nonostante l’aspetto esteriore l’holtel, all’interno, appare molto curato e pulito. Servizio reception chiaro e disponibile. Ottima cucina del ristorante e ottimo servizio..tutti molto disponibili e cordiali. ||Sala palestra funzionale e disponibile per gran parte della giornata.||La piscina è pulita e controllata.||Camera superior con vista mare meravigliosa: calda ma con l’aria condizionata si risolve. Forse qualcosina ancora da migliorare…ma in generale un’ottima soluzione.

– Wij hadden halfpension besteld (oftewel ontbijt en diner waren inbegrepen). Het diner was verschrikkelijk slecht. Die gerechten en desserts waren simpel en van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Wij gingen tegen onze zin in dineren. Sommige dagen gingen we gewoon ergens anders eten. Er was maar één inbegrepen drinkmogelijkheid: water… Gênant
– Aan onze kamer mankeerden veel dingen:
Toen we de airco aan hadden liep er water uit waardoor er een plas ontstond in de kamer
Badkamerobjecten: er zaten dingen los zoals de houder van de zeepdispenser, daarnaast was er geen toiletborstel. Dus stel je moest een grote behoefte doen op de wc dan moest je de wc met een doekje schoonmaken
– De hygiëne in de gangen: wij zagen kakkerlakken door de gangen van het hotel lopen. Ik vraag me daarom af hoe goed dit hotel wordt schoongemaakt.
– Het ontbijt was opzich prima, echter miste er vaak bestek zoals lepels voor koffie of messen. Dit werd wel aangevuld maar dat duurde even. Het personeel legde ook servies terug wat schoon zou moeten zijn, terwijl het niet schoon was.
– Toen we weggingen konden wij onze bagage laten opbergen in het hotel, omdat we al waren uitgecheckt. Zo konden we voor de vlucht nog even Alicante in. Toen wij terugkwamen in afwachting van onze transfer naar het vliegveld moesten wij zelf onze bagage pakken uit een kamer. Deze kamer was niet vergrendeld waardoor andere mensen onze bagage zomaar kon stelen.
– De locatie is een groot minpunt van dit hotel. Er rijd geen tram/bus in de omgeving van het hotel. Het centrum is lopend niet te doen vanaf het hotel. Wij moesten daarom vaak een taxi regelen.

The venue of the location isn’t bad, rooms are clean and mostly quiet during night. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. ||Around the hotel, the backyard where the tennis courts are located overall appearance could be improved. ||The biggest disappointment was the food. I did expect a properly Spanish buffet for breakfast, not baked beans, bacon, scrambled egg and canned mushrooms. The rest of the food wasn’t so flavourful as I am used to the Spanish food. These could be replaced with specific food from Spain and it would have made the place to score more points. ||A kettle and a small fridge in the room would be very helpful, since there is always hot and a cold drink in the room is needed. ||The tram station is near which is convenient if you want to move around. There is a close to the hotel beach, quite clean and not too crowded.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con il mio compagno a giugno 2025 e devo dire che l’esperienza ha superato le nostre aspettative.
La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla. La posizione è ottima: il centro si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in circa una ventina di minuti oppure a meno di 5 minuti a piedi c’è la fermata del bus che porta direttamente lì. Inoltre proprio davanti l’hotel c’è la fermata del bus che porta fino all’aeroporto.
La struttura dall’esterno appare modesta, ma all’interno si nota che da poco ha subito un ammodernamento.
Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile: l’unica pecca è che nessuno parla inglese, ma usando un misto tra italiano e spagnolo siamo riusciti a comunicare senza troppe difficoltà.
La nostra camera era accogliente e disponeva di tutto, compreso un mini frigo nuovo e ben funzionante. Ineccepibile la pulizia della camera (ogni giorno viene rassettata l’intera camera, pulito il bagno e cambiati gli asciugamani) e della struttura in generale.

buona posizione, facile da raggiungere dall’aeroporto e nn molto distante dal centro storico. pulito, camere di buona dimensione e qualità del sonno. è tutto un po’ troppo standardizzato, schematico, ma per un breve soggiorno nn è male. migliorabile la colazione a 10€ cad. buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

This hotel is basic, but the biggest issue is the location, a long walk to the centre of Alicante, or an expensive taxi, if the hotel calls one for you seems to be a lot more expensive as the taxi charges you from where they came from, not from the hotel the pick you up at, so often the meter had 10 euros on before taking you into Alicante.|almost all the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient but some clearly did not enjoy the job, and were miserable.|Didn’t use the restaurant after reading reviews online, little wonder the place was empty, menu not tempting, clearly needs a new start, food out uncovered was one thing to put you off.|Coffee at the bar was great, but some staff not trained so one morning we were served cold coffee, after six attempts asking for hot, gave up, asked that the friendly guy needed training, but no one interested or even offer a free hot one, so waste of money.|No coffee making facilities in the room, then spotted we could ask for a kettle etc. at reception, what a fiasco, eventually got a kettle, coffee and tea but no milk, “you have to buy that at the bar” next day no replacement supply in the room, had to beg at reception again, another fiasco, clearly did not want to do it.|Room was ok, but needs some maintenance lose cover for the hair dryer in the bathroom, very dangerous|TV remote a nightmare, had to get a friendly member of staff to the room to help, even he struggled with it.|No sign for the door to ask the room to be serviced, so leaving at 7am, only to return at 14.00 to be told to wait downstairs, while the room was then cleaned. System clearly needs looking at.|Smokers sitting on the steps of the hotel, not a great look, why not provide a smoking area, with shade and seating!|Outside could do with some care and attention, painting and planters etc.|Helpful point, if leaving the hotel, the airport bus stop is just outside the hotel, from the entrance turn left to the tree lined path, a short work and you will see the airport bus stop on the right by the road. We spent many hours asking where the stop was.|Would not stay again, due to the location, but maybe information on buses, or hotel taxi would solve that issue.|Well done to the helpful, happy staff, thank you

Ein Wahnsinn……..das bisher schlechteste hotel….weit weg vom Zentrum und einer Gegend wo selbst einheimische nachts nicht zu fuss unterwegs sind….Obdachlose leben neben den Fusswegen
Das Frühstück…..jeden Tag der selbe Trott…..nach 2 Tagen magst nichts mehr essen.
Fenster schließt nicht richtig weshalb den Straßenlärm voll mitbekommt. Einziger Pluspunkt…..die Klimaanlage.
Eine in die Jahre gekommene Absteige…..nicht Hotel überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen

Posizione non male, con una passeggiata di 20/30 minuti si è lungomare o in centro.
Colazione continentale sufficiente sicuramente da migliorare.

Hotel czysty, obsługa hotelu pomocna. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Minus za brak szklanek/czajnika/podstawowej zastawy w pokoju- dużo by to ułatwiło. Niestety ściany też bardzo cienkie więc wszystkie odgłosy z korytarza słychać.
Hotel bardzo dobrze skomunikowany, obok przystanek autobusowy. Klimatyzacja również działała, co pozwoliło przetrwać upalne dni.
