Hostel Numero Trece | Alicante

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I had made the right choice. The man at the reception desk, was truly a highlight of our stay. ( he speaks French English spanich and I guess Italian ) He was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He offered fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and his genuine hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like welcomed friends. The hotel itself was spotless, from the elegant lobby to our wonderfully clean and comfortable room. The attention to detail was evident, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite. This hotel is a perfect example of great service and a pleasant atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I loved staying here. All the staff members were kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well maintained. I wished there was a stove in the kitchen to actually cook but it was still good to have a place to store and heat up food. The location is great and easily accessible from the airport, bus terminal or train station. From the hostel you can easily walk to the beach and the main tourist attractions. The surroundings are pretty safe in my opinion. Keep in mind that there are no elevators so its a bit rough if you have a big suitcase Overall I would stay there again!

love love loved my stay here!! The staff were all so so sweet and so welcoming we really wanted to stay another night. The hostel is so incredibly clean and tidy the bed are so comfy and I love that it feel like you have your own little bedroom so being in a big dorm room is not a issue at all, and it’s such a quite and peaceful hostel I loved it. They have cute little outdoor terraces places to dry your washing and a great well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The bathrooms were lovely and tidy the only thing I could say was I wished I could have had a cold shower but no complaints at all!! Would come back in a heartbeat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

L’ostello é un po’ più piccolo di quello che avevo immaginato dalle foto, ma non è un qualcosa che ha causato problemi. Ho amato lo spazio ampio che c’era nel posto letto, con tutto il necessario a portata di mano, luce, armadietto per riporre cose personali con lucchetto (da portare), presa per la corrente . Altro punto a favore è che i bagni e la doccia hanno una porta chiudibile a chiave, quindi nel momento in cui ti fai la doccia hai davvero la tua privacy. Non ho avuto modo di vedere le altre zone dell’ostello ma posso immaginare che seguano lo standard. Consigliato, io ci ritornerei

Amazing experience always, the hostel where I always go back. It has spacious clean beds where you have your own privacy, enough bathrooms on each floor equipped with soap and paper towels, amazing staff that takes care of the hostel so that everyone has good time. Big shout out to Francesco ! As a woman I feel safe in this hostel. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Will be back again.

Very clean, calm and silent hostel. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, guests were also respectful. They have an amazing terrace, comfortable beds, privacy is very good in beds. The cabinets are next to the bed and they lent us padlocks for free instead of selling it to us(we return them back). Bathrooms are clean, large and comfortable. Kitchen was big and they have free coffee/tea and water! I was not expecting that level of comfort from a hostel room for 14 ppl. They don’t offer you fun parties or luxury or anything fancy but this is obviously a very thoughtful and honest business. I highly recommend! And thank you!

Nicolas and Yarik (the staff) was more than accommodating and very friendly and I couldn’t have asked for more. The cleaning staff was very attentive and made my bed more fresh than my grandma would have done. Very clean. Very friendly. Value for money is 10/10. Location is great. 5 minutes from the fresh food market. Many shops and bars around. Laundromat only 3 minutes walk. The beach is only 10 minutes away with the likes of KFC and McDonald’s and some great Spanish tapas along the way. Very friendly and I would highly recommend this to everyone!
