Excellent car rental experience! Pick-up and drop-off were fast and smooth. The location is convenient, and the staff is truly outstanding — super professional and efficient. I’m very satisfied. Both cars I rented were almost new, spotless, and in great condition. No hidden fees, everything was clear and transparent. Highly recommend!

Fantastic sixt office all staff super helpful and friendly, check out and in smooth and straight forward, great location within Alicante city, popped back to the office to ask an additional question about the car, were happy to assist and knew the answer. All costs transparent and exactly as booked, car was in perfect condition, will definately use again next year.

The service at Melia was very kind and professional. It didn't take much time to fill in the form. We received a nice car right at the door. Everything was explained clearly and in detail. I got answers to all my questions, and I was informed about everything that was important. It was also very easy to deliver the car at the airport. Road signs show the way very precisely. Polite service took the keys and checked the car quite quickly, so we didn't spend much time there either. I will definitely use your service again!

Scam alert: I was automatically charged €200 for a very minor damage that I’m certain I didn’t cause. The company sent me a picture of the scratch on the rim of the car, which were so small they were barely visible. The scratch was there before the rental for sure. The reason i didnt film it so close before rental was that it was invisibly small. Reviewing my own mobilevideo i cannot see anything. The staff member mentioned that scratches under 5 cm go unnoticed...
