Do not use. Said there were five items of damage on the vehicle in total, more like 500, and all the wheels were in perfect order, we took a picture of one of the wheels, that they agreed that the damage was present, however said the other three were perfect. They have charged me for the other three, I am appealing as I did take a video and after screenshoting I can prove the damage was there all along. Disgusting behaviour, avoid ay all costs, I will be involving a legal team if not resolved. Their representative had the audacity so say I will no longer be able to rent from them as I was upset with their lies.why would anyone use this company is beyond me. Use the off site airport rental companies they are pleasant and ethical. The pictures are the perfect alloys at the start of my hire. If anyone needs pictures to support their appeal I have many of them saved on my phone and will visit and take more the next time I'm bored and have time on my hands

Hidden insurance charges and poor customer service — avoid OK Mobility Alicante I booked a car from OK Mobility at Alicante Airport in June 2025. The online reservation clearly stated a total of 99 euros for 8 days, including Basic Insurance (Basic Cover). This is the price I agreed to. When I arrived at the counter, I was asked to pay a fuel deposit. No one mentioned any additional costs. I was never told that a Premium Insurance package — costing 216 euros — had been silently added. I only found out when I returned the car and was told it wouldn’t be inspected "because it was fully insured." That’s how I discovered this charge. I contacted OK Mobility to request a refund. Their first excuse was that I had not provided a valid credit card, and therefore Premium Insurance was mandatory. This was completely false — I used a valid credit card in my name, and they charged the full amount to that card. When I pointed this out, they changed the reasoning and sent me a generic response saying: "It is stated in our general conditions that Premium Cover is mandatory when a credit card is not available or doesn’t work." They ignored all facts and simply replied that the charge would not be refunded. No apology. No responsibility. Just a scripted refusal. This is unacceptable. A company that adds expensive services without clear consent, then refuses to refund them — is not trustworthy. I strongly warn other travelers to be extremely cautious. Ask for everything in writing. Read every line. And do not trust what the desk agent tells you verbally. I would never rent from OK Mobility again.

Servicio nefasto. Hoy día 30 de agosto, voy a recoger una moto, que tenía reservada, y me dicen todo correcto, bajo a recogerla y me encuentro que la moto tiene más luces enchufadas que la de una discoteca. Compruebo si tienes aceite y todo y negativo, subo a quejarme. Y el empleado llamado Javier me dice que es lo que hay que si se para que llame ala grúa pague y vuelva haber que pasa. Llevo alquilabdo años con vosotros. Pero está claro que está será la última vez que alquile. Me e venido a casa con la moto pero con todas las luces. Tranquilos que el lunes iré a consumo

The employee at the terminal in Alicante was very friendly and helpful. They handled my request quickly and very professionally. I can recommend OK Mobility anytime!

Go somewhere else!!! Don’t even bother here - they are thieves. They charged me for damages that were already on the car (~$900 worth). They couldn’t even be bothered to return the full security deposit either. They ended up refunding me $5 less with no explanation. Do yourself a favor and find another place to rent. These idiots don’t know what they’re doing and now the appeal to get the money back is super long.

However, the company claimed I caused 500 euros in damages without inspecting the car in my presence. They charged my credit card immediately, leaving me with no chance to contest or provide evidence. I had documented the car's condition with pictures, clearly showing no damage. This experience highlights their unjust practices. Be cautious when renting from them and ensure thorough documentation to avoid falling victim to unwarranted charges.
