"Whilst on a family holiday recently with our 6-month-old and 3-year-old, our trip was almost ruined when the wheels on our stroller began to lose air making in difficult to transport our children around alicante. we worried about finding a way to inflate the tires. Fortunately, we encountered two incredibly kind and helpful individuals who went above and beyond to assist us. They generously offered to pump up our stroller tires, saving us from what could have been a stressful situation. We're deeply grateful for their kindness and willingness to help. Thank you again for helping us relax and enjoy the rest of our holiday

The bike I got was in a really bad shape. I noticed it when I was far away from Alicante. I came back and the owner did not apologize and said to me that maybe the bike was like that because the previous customer damage it. It is the owner that must check the quality of the bikes! The chain fell down many times and the owner did not take care of the bike before rent it out. When I come back he said to me that i was supposed to phone him so he would replace the bike. To be honest I accept a good bike and I don't want to wait to him to give me a new bike far away from the renting point. This was maybe a bad luck but I spent my day in fixing the bike and walk back to the renting point.

¡Una experiencia maravillosa! Visitamos este lugar con mi novia y desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. El propietario es una persona increíblemente amable, atento y generoso. Alquilamos unas bicicletas y todo fue perfecto: las bicis estaban en excelente estado y pudimos disfrutar de un paseo hermoso. Recomendadísimo de todo corazón! Gracias por hacernos sentir tan especiales.

We hired three electric bikes and the owner was lovely. Really helpful in getting us set up and away. We had a great day in the bikes and when we had questions the WhatsApp was answered really quickly and helpfully. The rental was really easy and we'd use them again. Wish we had got a coffee there too!

I cannot begin to recommend Rosta enough! They have a fantastic selection of really well maintained and clean bikes, and E-bikes as well as excellent coffee (iced too if you want it). It's a family run business and it shows - the customer service here is second to none. They are kind, funny and offered us all the advice and help we could have possibly asked for! We unfortunately had the keys to our apartment stolen, and with no money or phones as they were inside, we came to Ian at Rosta, not having been there before and they managed to help us out of our tricky situation without a second thought! Explore the beautiful city of Alicante, and do it on one of the bikes from Rosta - or at least grab yourself a coffee and explore on foot. You'll be supporting people the world needs more of. (plus they have a cool-as 90s racing style bike out front and it's just awesome)
