Excellent experience. Traveled to Paris from Scotland & so easy to book & pay for. Driver (Wane) was waiting for us when we arrived and he was professional & friendly. Text message with clear instructions of where to go in the busy airport was great! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent seevice, driver very polite and the car was clean and tidy. Just one slightly negative is didn't get text from driver about pick up time, but this wasn't a problem as a quick e-mail to them confirmed time. Excellent service and would use again on our next trip.

Wow, An Amazing service. It was for the first time I was booking for a Taxi at an overseas destination. Frankly speaking my decision at first was influenced by website,then the price and rest for the service that was provided. Arrivante is at a different level when is comes to customer experience is what I can say. I booked for a Taxi from Paris Airport to my hotel and the return. Timely message updates up front and during the trip what more can one ask for and most important I also had security/safety of my family travelling late at night in my mind and was very impressed Thank You and Keep Going Arrivante,Definitely will recommend to anyone All The Best

Arrivante’s service was perfect. They notified me by SMS and WhatsApp of my drivers details, including a contact number in case we couldn’t find him. Our driver was professional, friendly and courteous. I would definitely use this service again, and recommend it to my friends.

My driver, Patrice, was so nice! He helped me with my bags all the way to the car and made sure I was safe before going! I loved the sweets and charging facility in the back of the car too

The drivers were on time both ways. We were 7 of us. The mini bus was very clean. We sat comfortably and had enough space for legroom. Will definitely use them again.

The two drivers I got barely spoke English the first one spoke a little but the secon hardly any, now I get I was going to Paris and they speak french, I speak a little, however this is a taxi company who specialise in airport pick ups and drop offs they should have enough knowledge to push forward their English speaking drivers to help tourists. I have the upmost respect for the French language but I feel that when you’re in a company that does a lot of tourist pickups etc they need to be able to communicate. We ordered a pick up from the airport and a return. I have a one year old and needed a car seat. That’s the reason I chose this company because they said they have car seats. I booked a car set for both my journeys. The first driver had a booster seat but we held onto my son as we were driving just incase because he was far too little and we did ask for a car seat, the driver also wasn’t waiting for us with a sign or anything I had to ring three times to find out where he was we were there for a while trying to find him. The driver who collected us form the hotel back to airport, didn’t speak any English and he didn’t have a car seat at all. He had to ring his manager to translate and the manager said I didn’t specify I wanted a car seat and I said well yes I did I can prove it and he proceeded to argue I didn’t ask for one. I said well the first driver had one and he said "he had one, no" and I said yes he had one so don’t tell me I didn’t ask for one when you provided me with a booster seat. We were standing in the snow and freezing cold waiting for the driver to let us in the car and my son just had to sit on my fiancé’s knee because we would’ve been waiting, they said over 45 minutes on a different car to come to get us and we had a flight to catch. It was a whole mess and I didn’t have a good experience. Not to say it’s a bad company, it just wasn’t organised the best. Plus, the company who had my phone number and texted me to confirm updates on payments etc, didn’t give the right number to the driver and so he couldn’t contact us the driver argued with us over this error saying I didn’t give the right number and I had to talk over him to get him to listen to the fact that the company had texted me on more than one occasion so they did have the right number and he got his phone out and shouted telling me that this is the wrong number and I said I’m sorry it’s not my fault they give you the wrong contact information. Just an awful experience.
