Agence de location de bateau fiable et efficace. Merci à Benjamin pour le suivi de location et les conseils. Nous avons passé une demi journée au top à bord du " YEMAYA " un beau bateau de la marque QuickSilver!

This experience was awful, the yacht wasn't functioning well in the first place. The service was dreadful. The food was disgusting. The team on the ship was disrespectful and rude. Finally, at the end of the trip our boat crashed into the peirce because of the disfunction of the engine. I don't recommend to rent a boat from this company if you value your health. We were also told that it is normal and this type of situations happen everyday, which will make many people think wether this company is trustworthy. Overall it was an incredibly bad experience. Would never recommend! The yacht was very old, even judging by its look and state. So judging by the age it may be possible to assume that there may be a fault. Moreover, when you get a response, you will hear that you are the one that carries the responsibility. The glasses may not have fallen, but the fact that the clients did, doesn't matter for you. We required to call the police not the company in order to register the crash to take it further into court. Again, if you as a client want to have a day without crashing yachts, bad food, at the very end a totally destroyed mood and stress, use another company. Now, judging by all the lies that you as a company tell even here, about a few scratches, a "slow stop" and you blaming your clients for incorrect behavior after a yacht crash instead of a simple appology, the clients that will see this can make a judgment weather to use your company or not.
