Free Walking Tours Alicante

I really enjoyed my tour with Natalia! She was informative and such a great story teller! I really enjoy walking tours but normally do not retain information as it is always so much info in so little time! Natalia was entertaining and also really passionate about her city. I left the tour really happy that i visited Alicante and did the tour. I took her recommendations for visiting more places and also took my new friends there, they were thankful for her recs. I also was able to pass on all the history i learned from her to the new people i met. Thanks Natalia, keep doing what you’re doing

We had a wonderful local guide that was entertaining and had some beautifully hard, but powerfully resilient history of Alicante. I would highly recommend.

Jose was an excellent tour guide. He’s articulate, knowledgeable, patient and explains the culture of Alicante in an interesting and easy way. He makes sure we remember important facts. We also received a lot of recommended places to see and eat and they were indeed quite good. I would definitely recommend these walking tours - we did both Hidden Gems and the Basic Tour of Alicante.

Una visita recomendable por la duración y la buenas explicaciones del guía de Jose. Lo hace ameno y entretenido, con unas referencias históricas muy intereses antes que hace que entiendas porque está ciudad es así en la actualidad. Es una de las ciudades más antiguas de España, pero por avatares de la historia a nuestros días no ha llegado todo el legado artístico deseable por la multitud de invasiones y hechos históricos destructivos. Este tipo de visitas culturales en este ciudad te sitúa en ella y te permite conocerla. Gran trabajo de José, enhorabuena. Seguid así.

Wonderful walking tour led by the ever enthusiastic Maria who loves Alicante, her home town. Lots of history and stories retold in an engaging, memorable way. Very happy to recommend. Not sure what tip was appropriate to leave at the end, and we hope ours was enough.

We booked two tours. The first was the "Old Town" and the second "Hidden Spots". We were on time at the spot and there we already met Maria with her umbrella. She told us she was doing the Spanish tour today and we were passed on to Marian. Marian made the tour absolutely perfect. Fun, informative, varied, not too fast, just perfect. I find it impressive how quickly she can remember names. Quite by chance we then met someone else on the tour with whom we have met several times on vacation. Jose did an excellent job giving us the Free Walking Tour in Alicante, starting at 11am. He told us great stories about the history of the city, showed us the most important places and even arranged a tasting of local delicacies! We were very happy with this tour and, therefore, spontaneously decided to join his evening tour as well about the hidden places of Alicante.
